Admission Process
The Assam Sanskrit Board provides admission opportunities for students seeking education at the Secondary, Senior Secondary, and Sanskrit education levels.

Eligibility
– Secondary Level:
– Admission to Class 10 as per the applicable eligibility requirements.
* Senior Secondary Level:
* Admission to Class 12, subject to the prescribed eligibility criteria.
– Sanskrit Courses: Admission to the respective Sanskrit programmes based on the prescribed academic qualifications.
Admission Procedure
1. Select Course:
2. Choose the desired course, level, or academic stream.
2. Complete Application:
3. Fill in the admission application form with accurate information.
3. Submit Documents:
4. Submit all required documents along with the application.
4. Document Verification: Submitted documents will be verified as per the applicable requirements.
5. Complete Formalities: Complete the prescribed admission and fee formalities, where applicable.
6. Admission Confirmation: Admission will be confirmed after successful verification and completion of all required formalities.
Documents Required
Applicants may be required to submit the following documents:
1. Valid Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card / Passport / Ration Card / PAN Card)
2. Valid Proof of Date of Birth (Passport / School Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate / Aadhaar Card mentioning the Date of Birth)
3. Valid Proof of Residence
4. Class 8th Mark Sheet in case of High School courses / Self-Certificate
5. Class 10th Mark Sheet in case of Intermediate courses
6. Self-attested Copy of Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC
7. Disability Certificate in case the learner has any kind of disability
